Job summary

Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. in India seeks an experienced VIM – OpenText Functional Consultant to lead SAP VIM, AMS/Production Support, and Invoice Processing workflows. You will monitor the VIM Invoice Lifecycle, resolve incidents, and drive RCA-driven permanent fixes in a production environment.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of hands-on VIM experience, strong knowledge of DP/Non-PO/Credit Memo/Down Payment processes, and a track record of optimizing approval workflows in SAP VIM.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in VIM functional consulting.
• Experience with VIM Invoice Lifecycle and workflows.
• Strong incident resolution and RCA skills.
• Experience in DP/Non-PO/Credit Memo/Down Payment processes.
• Production support experience in SAP VIM environment.
