Responsibilities

• Resolve SAP VIM tickets and change requests promptly
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to align SAP VIM functionalities with business needs
• Customize and optimize SAP VIM features like invoice capture, data extraction, workflow approval, and reporting
• Facilitate integration of SAP VIM with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related systems to ensure accurate data flow
• Conduct system testing, identify technical issues, and ensure effective SAP VIM operation
• Provide training and support for end-users on SAP VIM functionalities and troubleshooting
• Monitor industry advancements to implement upgrades and enhancements for SAP VIM
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to meet agreed deadlines and budgets
• Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines for SAP VIM
• Lead small teams to achieve technical and project objectives

Requirements
