SAP UI5 Developer# SAP UI5 DeveloperASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is rolling out SAP S/4 HANA across the Division which will enable and support its business expansion strategy in line with the new operating business model.## PRIMARY JOB PURPOSEWe are seeking an experienced and strategic **SAP S/4HANA UI5 Developer** to lead frontend development activities within the S/4HANA program. The role is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality SAP Fiori applications, including **both custom-built solutions and extensions** of standard SAP apps, ensuring a seamless and role-based user experience. A key focus area is the configuration and optimization of SAP Fiori Launchpad, **including catalogs, roles, spaces, and pages,** along with Launchpad customization aligned to organizational standards.## KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Application Development & Enhancement+ Analyse standard SAP application for extensions and design, develop, test, and deploy them using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).+ Create List Reports, Object Pages, and Analytical Reports using Fiori Elements.+ Build responsive and reusable UI5 components following best practices and design guidelines* Fiori Launchpad Configuration & Administration+ Configure and manage catalogs, groups, in SAP Fiori Launchpad.+ Define target mappings and navigation structures to ensure seamless application access.+ Perform role-based assignments for catalogs, spaces, and applications.+ SAP Fiori Launchpad customization per the Organization theme.* Document technical specifications and development activities.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.## REQUIRED SKILLS:* Strong hands-on experience in SAP UI5/Fiori Freestyle development, SAP Fiori Elements, MVC architecture and best practices.* Custom applications - design, develop, test, and deploy applications using SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).* Solid understanding of SAP Gateway and OData services and Application extension techniques (primarily side-by-side)* Expertise in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for development lifecycle management.* Proven experience in:+ Configuring catalogs, roles, spaces, and pages+ Defining navigation and tile configurations+ Launchpad theming and branding* Understanding of role-based UX and modern FLP (Spaces & Pages) concepts.* Ability to build reusable UI5 components, and responsive application design* Document technical specifications and development activities.* Familiarity with debugging apps and performance analysis tools and techniques.* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members.**QUALIFICATIONS*** Bachelor’s / Master’s degree Computer Science, or equivalent discipline* 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP development**Desirable:*** SAP S/4 HANA certification in ABAP.**WORK ENVIRONMENT FACTORS** * Office based Hybrid.* Health and Safety accountability statements.* Working times are European time zone, however open to be available in APAC/US time zone as well for the need basis.**We are the ASSA ABLOY Group** Our people have made us the global leader in access solutions.
