Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP TM Lead/Subject Matter Expert to design, implement, and optimize transportation and logistics processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, and configure SAP TM for freight planning, carrier selection, and settlement.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and ERP teams to deliver integrated end-to-end transportation solutions, while leading testing, training, cutover activities, and ongoing

Qualifications

• 9 to 15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and logistics execution processes.
• Hands-on experience in transportation planning, freight order management, carrier management, freight costing, freight settlement, and SAP TM integration with SAP S/4HANA/EWM.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP TM implementations, enhancements, and support projects using SAP best practices and SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and leadership skills with experience working in global and cross-functional project environments.
