Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced BPM consultant to model, analyze, and optimize business processes using SAP Signavio. You will collaborate with clients to design end-to-end process architectures, enable process mining and governance, and drive workflow automation in a global transformation program.

The role requires 3–4 years of hands-on Signavio experience, strong BPMN 2.0 and EPC skills, and the ability to work across SAP ECC/S4HANA, Salesforce, and ServiceNow ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPM/Process Excellence with 3-4 years hands-on SAP Signavio experience.
• Core tools: SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence (Process Mining), Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler, Workflow Accelerator.
• Strong command of BPMN 2.0, EPC notation, value chain diagrams, and process architecture frameworks.
• Process Mining: extracting, cleansing, and analyzing event logs; conformance checking; root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process Modeling & Documentation- Design, model, and document end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager.
• Process Mining & Analysis- Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to mine, analyze, and visualize process data from SAP ECC/S4HANA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
• Process Governance & Collaboration- Configure and manage the Signavio Collaboration Hub for stakeholder review and sign-off cycles.
• Workflow & Automation- Design and configure workflows using Signavio Workflow Accelerator to operationalize improvements and coordinate with RPA teams.

Your Role

1. Process Modeling & Documentation- Design, model, and document end-to-end business processes using SAP Signavio Process Manager (BPMN 2.0, EPC, value chain diagrams) and create and maintain process hierarchies, process landscapes, and reference architectures aligned with organizational standards.
2. Process Mining & Analysis- Utilize SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to mine, analyze, and visualize process execution data from source systems (SAP ECC/S4HANA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
3. Process Governance & Collaboration- Configure and manage the Signavio Collaboration Hub for stakeholder review, feedback, and sign-off cycles.
4. Workflow & Automation- Design and configure workflows using Signavio Workflow Accelerator (or similar automation modules) to operationalize process improvements and collaborate with RPA/automation teams to identify candidates for automation based on mined process data.

Your Profile

• Experience in Business Process Management / Process Excellence, with a minimum of 3-4 years dedicated hands-on experience on SAP Signavio suite
• Core Tools SAP Signavio Process Manager, Process Intelligence (Process Mining), Collaboration Hub, Journey Modeler, Workflow Accelerator
• Modeling Standards Strong command of BPMN 2.0, EPC notation, value chain diagrams, and process architecture frameworks
• Process Mining Experience extracting, cleansing, and analyzing event logs; conformance checking; root-cause analysis
