Job summary

SRS Infoway is seeking a SAP Signavio Process Intelligence & Analysis Specialist to analyze and optimize business processes. You will work with SAP Signavio, Power BI, and Tableau to transform event logs into actionable insights that drive improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in process mining or process improvement, a relevant degree, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with hands-on ERP data extraction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in process mining, business analytics, or process improvement, preferably with SAP Signavio.
• Strong understanding of process mining concepts, event logs, and data transformation.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems, especially in extracting and analyzing process data.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Signavio dashboards, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good business process knowledge on at least one end-to-end process such as PTP or OTC, and a high-level overview of other processes.
