Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, IS or related field.
• 10+ years overall experience with 2–3 years in process mining using Signavio.
• Hands-on experience with Signavio or another process-mining tool from the user side.
• Experience across markets, systems, geographies, and time zones in a large, matrixed organization.

• Partner with process owners and SMEs to scope use cases, define KPIs, and co-create current-state process maps.
• Interpret exception patterns, rework loops, and conformance gaps; translate findings into visuals and narratives.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to build a pipeline of improvement opportunities.
• Quantify cycle-time, order touches, lead time, and correlate to KPIs (DSO, OTIF, etc.).
• Build automation roadmaps for D&T prioritization and develop insights dashboards.
• Validate process-mining outputs and identify data gaps for resolution.

**OVERVIEW**We are seeking a Process Mining Consultant with 10+ years of total experience including 2-3 years of experience reading, interpreting, and translating process mining insights into decisions that process efficiency and/or effectiveness. This role will partner with business stakeholders, process owners, continuous improvement (CI) analysts, and digital and technology (D&T) to deliver use cases using process mining technology, to create as-is process maps, and convert data-driven findings to business-actionable insight. Sitting within the Strategy & Operational Excellence function, this person will be responsible for supporting key initiatives under General Mills' CI and process mining program.The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and process-improvement discipline with a practical understanding of how process mining and business intelligence outputs work, enabling them to partner effectively with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and D&T. This person should be able to translate technical process mining output into structured, plain-language narratives that business stakeholders can act on and help drive improvement opportunities from insight to committed action.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES****Business Partnership & Process Discovery*** Partner with process owners and SMEs to scope use cases, define KPIs, and co create current-state process maps.* Interpret exception patterns, rework loops, and conformance gaps. Participate in monthly readouts and create action tracker as per discussion and deliver outcomes as required.* Validate process-mining outputs for accuracy and completeness. Identify data or coverage gaps for D&T to resolve.* Translate D&T’s technical data work into practical business insights grounded in reliable source data.* Understand how source systems feed the process-mining tool. Use this knowledge to challenge findings and ask informed questions.**Capability Building*** Help internal teams on how to read and apply process mining insights.* Contribute to the process-mining playbook and methodology.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**## **Education and Experience*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.* 10+ years of professional experience, including 2-3 years in process mining or business analysis using Signavio.* Hands-on experience with Signavio, or another process-mining tool from user side.* Experience working across markets, systems, geographies, and time zones in a large, matrixed organization.## **Process and Technical Knowledge*** Ability to turn process-mining, analytics, or BI outputs into actionable business insights.* Strong knowledge of process mapping, variant analysis, conformance checking, and KPI design, in partnership with D&T.* Strong working knowledge of P2P, R2R, and O2C processes.* Ability to apply process-mining techniques to identify rework, cycle-time issues, exceptions, and control gaps.* Working knowledge of data flows, dashboards, analytics platforms, source-system integration, and process-level data models.## **Core Skills*** Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.* Strong communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt* Certification in a recognized process mining platform (preferably in Signavio or Celonis Data Analyst)* Background in a large, complex enterprise environment with exposure to core business processes such as Supply Chain Operations, HR, or Finance.* Exposure to change management, process improvement, or product delivery practices
