Job description
Role & responsibilities
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and/or Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
  • Able to Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Recruiting Marketing (RMK) based on business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Architecture, Data models, and Configuration Best Practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, including Recruiting Management (RCM) and potentially other HR modules.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment strategy and translate it into effective RMK solutions.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, potentially including configuring onboarding flows and integrating with other SuccessFactors modules.
  • Understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting with other SF Modules.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders on SuccessFactors functionalities.
Desirable
  • Willingness to learn new SF Modules
  • Valid Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration tools
  • Experience of other SuccessFactors modules, especially Onboarding and Employee Central
