Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP SF EC Consultant to drive end-to-end Employee Central deployments for global clients. You will work on MDF framework, data models, and position management, ensuring robust RBPs and secure data handling.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 years in SAP, with at least 6 years in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, data migration, and configurations.

• Strong expertise in: Employee Central Configuration, Foundation Objects, MDF Framework, Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Data Models, Picklists and Associations
• Experience with Employee Central data migration activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from planning to go-live.
• Configure MDF framework, foundation objects, business rules and workflows.
• Manage data models, picklists and RBPs for secure access.
• Perform Employee Central data migration activities.
• Collaborate with global clients on SAP projects.

Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP SF EC Consultant, you will :

• Certified in SAP SF Employee Central.
• Must have at least 2 or more Employee Central end to end implementation from planning to configuration through go-live
• Must have worked on MDF and foundation objects business rules, workflows, data models, picklists, role based permissions.
• Relevant consulting or industry experience and experience in configuring, implementing and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience on Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time-Off, time-sheet and Benefits.

Your Profile - Skills Required :

• 6-12 years of overall SAP experience.
