Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP Security GRC Consultant in Bengaluru to lead end-to-end SAP security implementations, including SoD risk analyses, role design, and control testing.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, strong S/4HANA and ECC security knowledge, and a client-facing mindset to conduct design workshops and security architecture discussions.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security GRC Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x, and SAP S/4HANA security architecture. The candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP security implementation projects, including security assessments, role design, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and control implementation.

This is a client-facing implementation role, involving design workshops, security architecture discussions, and end-to-end implementation activities. Candidates with only production support or predominantly support-based experience will not be suitable.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 5-10 years of SAP Security experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC security.
• Experience in end-to-end SAP security implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, security role design, and access controls.
• Strong understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis, and remediation.
• Experience designing, implementing, and testing security controls.

Implementation Experience Expectations

• Candidates with 5-10 years of experience should have strong SAP Security implementation exposure, preferably with 1-2 complete implementation cycles.
• Candidates with 10+ years of experience, where considered, should ideally have 2-3 implementation cycles.
• End-to-end implementation experience is essential; support-only profiles are not suitable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead security design workshops.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to take ownership of security design and implementation deliverables.
