Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Security / GRC Consultant with hands-on implementation expertise. The role focuses on securing SAP environments across S/4HANA landscapes, managing user access, and ensuring SoD controls and compliance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience and familiarity with CyberArk PAM. The consultant will collaborate with teams to design and deploy security, roles, and authorization structures, while supporting ongoing implementation

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7+ years of SAP security/GRC experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience is mandatory (latest project must be implementation).
• Exposure across S/4HANA landscapes and security concepts.
• Hands-on with SAP GRC Access Control components: ARA, EAM, ARM.
• SoD risk analysis, mitigation controls and compliance reporting.

• Design, implement, and support SAP security across multiple S/4HANA landscapes.
• User administration: roles, authorizations, and lifecycle management; troubleshoot access issues.
• Lead GRC implementations and PAM integrations; ensure compliance and security controls.

Job Summary

Key Requirements

• SAP Security design, implementation, and support across multiple S/4HANA landscapes
• SAP user administration, role lifecycle management, and authorization troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts (roles, profiles, users, transports)
• Hands‑on experience in SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, EAM, ARM)
• SoD ruleset design, risk analysis, mitigation controls, and compliance reporting
• S/4HANA role redesign and simplification using business role concepts
• Understanding of SAP HANA and Fiori security concepts
• CI/CD and DevSecOps security best practices for SAP landscapes
• Experience with PAM solutions such as CyberArk
