Job summary

Advance Career Solutions seeks a Senior SAP Security Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience across ECC BI HR CRM S4HANA and FIORI to join our security core team in India.

You will manage user access, design roles, perform end-to-end SAP security activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with SoD and security policies. Relevant GRC tooling and AMS support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Security across ECC BI HR CRM S4HANA and FIORI environments.
• Provide expert SAP Security Support for modules including ECC BI HR CRM S4HANA and FIORI.
• Manage and maintain user access and authorization roles to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Perform end to end SAP Security activities such as role design testing and deployment.
• Support SAP security implementations and upgrades including S4HANA and FIORI security frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand security requirements and deliver secure solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve security related issues promptly to minimize business impact.
• Ensure adherence to segregation of duties SoD and compliance requirements.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of security documentation and audit reports.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP security trends and best practices to enhance system security posture.

Responsibilities

• Handle SAP GRC Governance Risk and Compliance tools to manage access controls and compliance.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis and functional teams for seamless security integration and issue resolution.
• Conduct security role reviews and audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
• Drive AMS Application Management Services support and implementation efforts for SAP security.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on SAP security best practices.
• Participate in security incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Engage with stakeholders to align security solutions with business needs and regulatory requirements.
