Job summary

Seleccion Consulting is seeking a SAP Security with BTP Consultant in Hyderabad. The role requires 7–15 years of experience in SAP security design, SAP audit, SOX compliance, and governance with leadership exposure in at least one implementation project.

The candidate will work on SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori security, and GRC controls, with experience in IAS/IPS/OAuth/SAML and SSO configurations. Late-night working hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP Security & Authorizations.
• 2+ years SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) security.
• Strong knowledge of S/4HANA, Fiori, and Cloud Integration.
• Experience with IAS, IPS, OAuth, SAML, and SSO configurations.
• Understanding of SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
• Knowledge of SAP BTP services security (CAP, Kyma, Workflow, Integration Suite).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in at least one SAP security implementation project.
• Design/re-design SAP security, SAP audit and SOX controls.
• Ensure SAP HANA security, Fiori security and SoD remediation.
• Apply GRC controls and perform access governance.
• Utilize IAS/IPS/OAuth/SAML for secure integrations.
• Troubleshoot authorization issues using multiple methods.
• Automate admin and operation support tasks.
• Provide direction to other support teams.
• Work hours may include late-night shifts.

Role: SAP Security with BTP Consultant

Exp: 7 - 15 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full Time (FTE)

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in SAP security design/re-design, SAP audit, SOX compliance and/or auditing with a strong background in IT controls.
  
• Should have leadership role played in at least one implementation projects. Experience in S4HANA and Fiori is a must.
  
• Minimum Four years of SAP security experience on SAP HANA security.
  
• In depth SAP security, HANA Security, Fiori security & SoD remediation knowledge and architecture skill.
  
• Better to have GRC knowledge and HANA DB security.
  
• Strong troubleshooting skills for authorization issues using various methods.
  
• Automate administrative and operational systems support functions. Should be familiar with operation modes.
  
• Provide direction to other operational support teams.
  
• Working hours will be late night.
