Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks an experienced SAP Security Architect to lead security and authorization across SAP environments. The role demands deep expertise in SAP GRC, S/4HANA implementation, and Fiori security, with hands-on delivery across design, build, and go-live phases.

The candidate will design enterprise-wide SAP security concepts, manage SoD mitigation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, compliant SAP landscapes including cloud integrations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP Security and Authorisation experience.
• Strong experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programme.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA role design, role remediation, and security transformation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori security architecture, business catalogues, spaces, pages, and launchpad configuration.
• Experience in designing enterprise-wide role concepts using best-practice security principles.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM).
• Experience conducting SoD assessments and mitigation planning.
• Strong understanding of SAP authorisation objects, profiles, and user administration.
• Experience supporting security activities across Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live phases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.

Security & GRC

• 15+ years of SAP Security and Authorisation experience
• Strong experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration programme
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA role design, role remediation, and security transformation
• Strong knowledge of SAP Fiori security architecture, business catalogues, spaces, pages, and launchpad configuration
• Experience in designing enterprise-wide role concepts using best-practice security principles
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM, BRM)
• Experience conducting Segregation of Duties (SoD) assessments and mitigation planning
• Strong understanding of SAP authorisation objects, profiles, and user administration
• Experience supporting security activities across Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, and Go-Live phases
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Experience with SAP BTP security
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, IBP, SAC, or other SAP cloud solutions
