Job summary

Dow India seeks an Information Technology Analyst to design, develop, and support solutions that meet business needs. You will work with business teams to analyze requirements and deliver reliable apps aligned with Dow standards.

You will gather requirements, document designs, build, test, and implement objects, and assist with issue resolution, ensuring SAP SD/ERP and CRM integrations meet performance and security expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in IT or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SAP ECC SD configuration and processes.
  • Experience with SAP ERP SD and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience with order to cash and customer service processes.
  • Experience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.

  • Works closely with business process teams, technical teams and other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements.
  • Documents detailed designs.

About you and this role

As an Information Technology Analyst you will design, develop, and support solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Work in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education. In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding. It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SAP ECC with a focus in Sales & Distribution (SD) configuration and processes.
  • Experience with design and configuration of SAP ERP (SD module), and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology platforms.
  • Experience with order to cash and customer service business processes (order management, case management, etc.).
  • Experience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.
  • SAP S4 HANA is good to have.
