Job summary

Dow India is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to design, develop, and support IT solutions aligned with business needs. You will work within a process-enabled team, applying foundational IS knowledge and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective software objects and processes.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, documenting designs, building and testing objects, and resolving issues while ensuring Dow architecture standards are met and long-term vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT preferred or 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC SD in Sales & Distribution.
• Experience with SAP ERP SD and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Familiarity with order to cash and customer service processes.
• Experience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.

About you and this role

As an Information Technology Analyst you will design, develop, and support solutions and processes to meet business needs and requirements. Work in a business process, enabling, or implementation team, and applies general knowledge of Information Systems, which is typically developed through formal education.

In this role, you will require conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.

It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve standard problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. Your performance impacts your own work with limited impact on your team. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Your skills

• Experience with SAP ECC with a focus in Sales & Distribution (SD) configuration and processes.
• Experience with design and configuration of SAP ERP (SD module), and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM technology platforms.
• Experience with order to cash and customer service business processes (order management, case management, etc.)
• Experience with system integrations, configuration, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.
• SAP S4 HANA is good to have.
