Job summary

InfoHive Solution is hiring an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant for a leading enterprise client in Delhi. You will support SAP SD operations, gather business requirements, coordinate with implementation partners, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality SAP processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include UT and UAT support, incident management, O2C, STO, billing, and collaboration with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of SAP SD Functional Consultant experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution (SAP SD).
• Experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Knowledge of Stock Transport Orders (STO).
• Understanding of Sales, Distribution, Logistics, and Supply Chain operations.
• Experience in Incident Management and Production Support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP implementation or support experience in Chemical or Pharmaceutical industries is an added advantage.

• Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and implementation partners for solution delivery.
• Perform Unit Testing (UT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Review, analyze, and resolve SAP support incidents.
• Investigate application issues and provide timely functional support.
• Route complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 support teams when required.
• Maintain project documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Act as the first point of contact for SAP SD-related issues.
• Support Order-to-Cash (O2C), Stock Transport Orders (STO), Billing, and Sales processes.
• Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals.
• Ensure SAP master data accuracy and process compliance.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and production deployments.
