Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an SAP Consultant to lead Order to Cash implementations, including SD and FICO, across multiple regions from Bengaluru. You will partner with delivery teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP configurations and ensure successful, compliant deployments.

The role requires 4–6 years of SAP experience, strong communication, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional efforts and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience as SAP Consultant with at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Proficient in SD, OTC, FICO and purchasing principles; strong configuration knowledge.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across time zones to implement regulatory solutions like e-Invoicing in multiple countries.

Job Overview

Build SAP ERP technology solutions to support the Sales & Service functions such as (Order to Cash, Sales & Distribution, PS, MM, AR, FICO, Reporting, Master Data management etc.).

Essential Functions

• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create SD (OTC) solutions powered by SAP Tools.
• Collaborate with team members across different time zones to implement regulatory solutions like e-Invoicing across different countries like France, Spain, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, etc.
• Support bank integration for AR & AP modules.
• Acs as SME expert to translate project requirements including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria.
• Utilizes domain knowledge to be able to effectively synthesize input from multiple stakeholders to maximize delivered value.

Day to Day:

Sprint planning: Participate in sprint planning meetings and help define what the main priorities should be for the team in the short/medium/long term. Backlog management: Prioritize and manage SAP team backlog, ensuring that it is up to date with major user stories, bug fixes and other necessary items. This will involve refining and clarifying requirements for the development team. Stakeholder communication: Regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, receive feedback and communicate updates as appropriate.

Experience - 4 to 6 Years

Skill and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Strong technical background, outstanding communication, presentation, time management and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, internally, and externally, and communicate to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience as SAP Consultant with at least 5 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Proficient in all aspects of SD, including the definition and assignment of Enterprise Structure, management of Master data, Sales Order processing, and potentially integration with external systems such as SFDC, Coupa, Concur, Ariba, Mulesoft, etc.
• Sales Documents: Sales Document Header, Sales Document Item, Sales Documents, Contracts.
• Pricing: Condition table, Condition type, Access sequence, Pricing procedure, and Condition record.
• Order Management: Creation of Sales documents - Inquiry, Quotation, Sales order (standard order, rush order, cash sales, service order, returns), Deliveries (outbound & inbound), Billing, Invoicing, Credit memo, Debit memo; Configuration and implementation of SAP LE process, covering the complete range of functionalities like master data uploads.
• Offer expertise and comprehension of SAP Order to Cash, FICO and Purchasing principles, as well as process flows, with the ability to grasp current configurations and suggest solutions for new requirements.
