Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA SD solutions based on business needs. Design and support Vistex solutions for rebates, chargebacks, incentives, claims, and pricing programs. Work on Customer Service (CS) processes including service orders, warranty management, and service contracts. Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. Perform system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI, PP, and technical teams. Prepare functional specifications and support developments, integrations, and interfaces. Conduct client workshops, provide solution recommendations, and support go-live activities. Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards. Mandatory Skills. Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD). Mandatory experience in Vistex.
