Qualifications

Skills Required: SAP ERP Sales and Distribution (SD)

Job Description:

Minimum 6-8 years of strong SAP SD expertise with support experience and preferably implementation, rollout experience

Strong SAP technical, configuration, and business area knowledge in SD module

Configuration knowledge and experience of pricing, material determination, output control, sales documents, item categories, schedule line categories, delivery documents, billing documents, contracts, account determination and partner determination for all sales cycles and integration with other processes

Knowledge of variant configuration with class and characteristics

Knowledge of EDI and IDOC processing

Worked or has good knowledge in MM & SD on basic master data & basic functions

Experience of using inter-company sales cycle and its integration with other modules

Experience and knowledge of pricing configuration and integration sales process

Understanding & experience in integration of SD with CS, MM (material management), LE (logistics execution) & FI (financial accounting) modules.

Knowledge of material issues and postings

Knowledge of some widely used basis transactions along with their uses

Knowledge of working with incident raising to SAP

Knowledge of using third party sales cycle and its integration with other modules

Knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing

Knowledge of serial number and integration with CS, MM and FI modules for reporting

Knowledge of equipment master and integration with CS and FI modules for reporting

Strong experience in diagnosing, analyzing, and solving incidents

Good communication, documentation and unit testing skills

Knowledge of SAP Customer Service (CS) module and Basic debugging will be an additional advantage (Nice to have)
