Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced SAP SD consultant with hands-on S/4HANA TPM experience to lead SD configurations and CCM reporting. The role involves collaborating with business and IT teams, guiding TPM implementations, and supporting TPM reporting across APAC regions, with preference for CPG industry exposure.

Candidate should have strong pricing, rebates, and condition contracts expertise, plus experience in global transformations or rollouts. Promax exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of SAP SD experience with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA including hands-on work in implementing TPM systems.
• Strong functional expertise in pricing/rebate/incentive/condition contract processes.
• Effective communicator with ability to work across business and IT teams.
• Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is preferred.
• Experience in regional or global SAP transformations or rollouts is a plus.
• Experience working with Promax tool is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current requirements for accruals in APAC processes supported by TPM systems.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis between existing tools and standard S/4HANA CCM capabilities.
• Analyze Sales and Distribution reporting requirements for TPM reporting.
• Design optimized business processes utilizing S/4HANA SD functionalities.
• Perform configuration and provide guidance on SAP SD and CCM modules.
• Provide technical direction for any required reporting enhancements or integrations.
• Support functional testing training and process documentation.
• Align with global SAP teams to ensure solution compliance and readiness.
