A leading IT consulting firm is seeking an Associate Senior SAP Consultant for a full-time position in Bengaluru. This role involves providing level 2/3 support for the O2C process, working extensively with SAP S/4HANA Public Edition and ensuring solutions meet client requirements. Candidates should have significant experience in SAP functional roles, including lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• At least 7+ years of SAP functional/technical and solution architecture experience for Grade 3.
• At least 4+ years of SAP functional experience for Grade 2.
• 2-3 end-to-end lifecycles in S/4HANA for Grade 3.
• 2 end-to-end lifecycles in S/4HANA for Grade 2.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 2/3 support for O2C process.
• Work closely with clients to transform needs into SAP standards.
• Ensure ticket resolution meets SLA.
• Oversee testing of solutions to ensure defect-free results.

Expected Scope of Work

JD1 : O2C (Process, Scoping, Integration) – Grade 3

• Main responsibility is to provide level 2/3 support (root cause analysis, configure scope items, know resp. SAP value flow, basic how to questions ) for O2C process in alignment with industry leading practices for S/4HANA, Public Edition, working closely with clients to understand their needs and help transform those to SAP standards.
• Ready to work In Shift
• The role will involve the following:
• You will provide support for solutions that are based on SAP S/4HANA Public Edition, BTP and other SAP solutions. Expert on Central Business Configuration
• Ensure ticket resolution with SLA
• Change Request: You will work with clients to gather requirements/change request, and then develop and document solution designs that meet those requirements.
• You will ensure that the solutions you design integrate seamlessly with other systems in the client's environment, or any other additional solutions required to fully cater to requirements.
• You will oversee the testing of solutions to ensure that they meet the client's requirements and are free of defects.
• You will be expected to share your in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions and best practices with other members of the team.
• The ideal candidate shall have at least 7+ years of SAP functional/technical + solution architecture experience, including at least 2-3 end-to-end lifecycles in S/4H, Public Edition , 1-2 Support Project exp( Public Cloud) .
