Job summary

VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) in India is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics professional with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW4HANA and Datasphere. You will design, develop and implement reporting solutions across Finance, Logistics and HR, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

About this Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Analytics professional with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW4HANA, Datasphere, SAP HANA and ABAP reporting solutions. This role is ideal for an individual with 3 to 6 years of experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions across Finance, Logistics and HR domains. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop and implement reporting and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Build scalable and efficient reporting models to support Finance, Logistics and HR business functions.
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using SAP HANA, ABAP and SQL Script.
• Work with BW4HANA objects including Composite Providers, ADSOs and CDS View-based Data Sources.
• Contribute to end-to-end implementation projects across SAC, BW4HANA and Datasphere platforms.
• Manage multiple project assignments simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Identify, analyse and resolve technical issues, risks and reporting challenges.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders across different levels of the organisation to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Take ownership of deliverables and drive activities through to successful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Who you are

• 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP SAC, BW4HANA and Datasphere with strong ABAP knowledge in reporting areas such as Finance, Logistics and HR.
• Proven implementation experience in SAP SAC, BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Strong technical expertise in SAP SAC, SAP BW4HANA, SAP HANA and Datasphere.
• Hands-on experience in designing and building reporting solutions using SAP SAC, BW4HANA and Datasphere.
• Proficiency in ABAP and SQL Script development.
• Experience working with BW4HANA objects including Composite Providers, ADSOs and CDS View-based Data Sources.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in an environment with evolving priorities and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Results-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to respond promptly to risks, issues and business needs.
