This role focuses on enhancing performance and integration across outbound operations such as delivery processing, handling unit (HU) management, staging, loading, goods issue (GI), and proof of delivery (POD) within the SAP ecosystem.

In this role, you will operate within an Agile delivery framework, supporting end-to-end process improvement initiatives and working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Design and configure outbound processes in SAP EWM, SD, and LE modules to support operational excellence.
  • Optimize Delivery Order (ODO), Handling Unit (HU) management, staging, loading, and Goods Issue (GI) workflows.
  • Support the implementation of Proof of Delivery (POD) processes and integration with transportation and customer service systems.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with key business stakeholders to understand operational pain points and translate them into system solutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process documentation.
  • Develop User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in alignment with Agile best practices and participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations, transportation, and IT teams to align SAP capabilities with real-world business needs.
  • Lead functional testing (SIT, UAT), support data migration, and contribute to successful go-live and hypercare phases.
  • Ensure continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process automation and standardization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working with SAP logistics modules (EWM, SD, or LE), with a focus on outbound processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in functional design, SAP configuration, and process mapping.
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodology, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and sprint execution.
  • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into detailed functional/user stories.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
