Job summary

Topcoder is seeking a SAP Retail Consultant with a minimum of 6 years of experience, particularly on S4 HANA projects. You will analyse customer business processes and SAP solution design, supporting configuration, development, and testing while leading conversations with customers.

You will also drive knowledge transfer, document requirements, and ensure timely delivery of tasks with high quality. This role emphasizes building credibility and proactive risk management within the project team.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of experience in SAP Retail projects.
• Experience with S4 HANA and SAP CAR integration.
• Knowledge of POS data processing within SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer business processes and SAP solution design.
• Configure/develop, assist testing cycles, and lead customer conversations.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, gather content, and document requirements clearly.
• Deliver tasks on time with high quality and build credibility with the client.
• Guide team in preparing BP procedures, test scenarios, and end-user documentation.
• Identify project risks and opportunities and report progress proactively.
• Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team, building relationships and credibility.
• Own assigned tasks, plan actions, and execute to agreed timelines.

About the Role

Analysing the customer's business processes and SAP solution design.

Responsibilities

• Performing configuration/development and assisting the customer in testing cycles.
• Leading conversation with customers.
• Working with the customer and project team to ensure the required content is gathered and documented in a useful, structured format during a knowledge transfer project.
• Building trust and credibility by consistently delivering assigned tasks on time with high quality.
• Guiding the team in the preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, Configuration/ Development Documentation, End-User documentation and User manuals.
• Act as an active member of the team by proactively identifying risks and opportunities and reporting the project progress on an ongoing basis.
• Transfer SAP knowledge to customers and team and build relationships & credibility.
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks by initiating, think through and developing a plan that is executed and delivered according to the established timelines.
