Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced SAP PS consultant for their Bengaluru center. The role requires 4+ years of SAP PS experience, along with ITIL knowledge and SAP PS certification (R/3 & S/4).

ServiceNow knowledge is preferred to handle ITSM tickets and end-user requests. The candidate will work on master data setup, project planning, budgeting, and project execution within SAP PS, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech or MBA.
• 4+ years of SAP PS consulting experience.
• SAP PS R/3 & S/4 certification mandatory.
• ITIL process knowledge required.
• ServiceNow knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident, problem tickets, and service requests in SAP PS.
• Collaborate with end users to resolve issues via ITSM/ServiceNow.
• Communicate effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Assist in project data setup and planning tasks per SAP PS processes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

General:

• Consultant expected to have basic understanding of ITIL framework to collaborate and handle with end-user issues / tickets raised via SMT/ ITSM.D(Service Now) tool
• Excellent problem-solving, consulting and decision-making skills.
• Handling incident, problem tickets, service requests in SAP PS module.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision

Desired Role Requirements:

Core Functional Knowledge:

• Master data setup (WBS elements, networks, standard networks, and project profiles).
• Project planning methods (cost planning, revenue planning, scheduling, and capacity requirements).
• Budgeting processes (release, supplement, return, and availability control).
• Project execution (progress analysis, milestone tracking, and confirmation).
• Project closing procedures (settlement, technical completion, and business closure).

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• B.E/B.TECH/MBA

Experience :

• 4+ years in SAP PS consulting

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• SAP Project System (PS) R/3 & S/4 certification.
