About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager with strong functional expertise in the Sales & Distribution (SD) module. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP SD module implementation, upgrade, and support projects.


• Coordinate between business stakeholders, SAP functional/technical consultants, and development teams.


• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and quality assurance.


• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligning with business objectives.


• Ensure effective integration of the SD module with other SAP modules (MM, FI/CO, PP, etc.).


• Oversee configuration, customization, and enhancement processes related to SD.


• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and design workshops.


• Prepare detailed documentation including project plans, test cases, and user manuals.


• Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing), cutover activities, and post-go-live support.


• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and corporate standards.


• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to project team members.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of total in project management.


• Strong functional knowledge in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) including Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, and Delivery processes.


• Hands-on experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.


• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / ASAP).


• Excellent understanding of SAP integration with other modules (MM, FI, PP, etc.).


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.


• Experience in working with offshore and cross-functional teams.


• PMP / SAP Activate / Prince2 certification preferred.
