The ideal candidate has 14+ years of SAP project leadership, 10+ years in AMS, hands-on MS Office expertise, and a proven ability to drive multi-project delivery across functional and technical domains. Experience in data encryption is a plus.

Willingness to travel regularly in a management consulting environment is required.

Qualifikationen

• Lead SAP projects with 14+ years experience.
• SAP AMS engagement experience 10+ years.
• Previously SAP functional or technical consultant before leadership.
• End-to-end knowledge of SAP project and support methodology.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end life cycle implementations as PM/AMS lead.
• Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (ASAP & Agile).
• Understanding of SAP functional areas and interdependencies with non-SAP systems.
• Hands-on project management and MS Office (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong management, leadership and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong customer orientation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines and deliver high-quality deliverables.
• Willingness to travel regularly in a consulting environment.
• Experience in data encryption is a plus.

Project Manager

• At least 14 years of experience in leading SAP Projects
• At least 10 years of experience in SAP AMS engagement, SAP projects
• Ideal candidate should have worked as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role
• End to End knowledge of SAP project & Support methodology
• Minimum 2 end to end life cycle implementation / roll outs as project manager / AMS lead
• Proficient in SAP project implementation methodologies (ASAP & Agile)
• Good understanding of one of SAP Functional areas and interdependency between SAP modules and non-SAP systems.
• Good hands on experience on project management & MS office (MS project , Excel & PowerPoint)
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Should have strong analytical skills, should be team-oriented with excellent multi-tasking and coordination skills.
• Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables i.e. proof-of-concepts, RFP, etc.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
