Job summary

SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Senior SAP PaPM Consultant to drive end-to-end PaPM implementations from a remote Pan India base.

The role involves in-depth work with SAP PaPM, S/4HANA FI/CO, and integration with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAC. Strong stakeholder management is essential. The candidate will lead design, testing, and deployment efforts, ensuring accurate profitability modeling, allocation methods, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PaPM.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
• Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and SQL.
• Understanding of allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, transfer pricing, and financial planning.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FI/CO).
• Knowledge of SAP HANA modeling and SQL.
• Understanding of allocation methodologies, profitability analysis, transfer pricing, and financial planning.
• Experience integrating SAP PaPM with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting concepts.
• Experience with testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• SAP PaPM certification (preferred).
• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification is an added advantage.
• Experience in Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
• Exposure to banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail, or telecommunications industries is desirable.

Experience

• 810+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 34 years of hands-on SAP PaPM implementation experience.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP PaPM implementation project.
• Experience with support, enhancement, and migration projects is preferred.
