Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a senior SAP PP/PP-PI specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in production planning and process management. The role requires expertise in S/4 HANA PP-PI, master data, and cross-functional integration with EWM and QM within manufacturing environments.

You will lead SAP PP configuration, blueprinting, gap analysis, prototyping, design, testing, go-live, and post-production support, collaborating with IT and business teams to optimize supply

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years hands on experience in SAP PP on functional side.
• Should have good knowledge of manufacturing related business processes, and have worked on S/4 HANA PP-PI.
• Must have very good communication

Responsibilities

• Work on all phases of SAP PP (Production planning) implementation which includes blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, developing, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support.
• Work in the technology organization and business representatives to determine the business process and solution design leveraging the capabilities of SAP PP.
• Provide expertise in the development of best practices in SAP PP.
• Product and service development to augment or enhance the SAP PP and interfaced systems.
• Should have implemented SAP S4 PP along with process management.
• Should have worked on the core PP business processes configuration – Master data, order management and process management.
• Hands on knowledge working on SAP PP Master Data – Master recipe ,resource, production version
• Experience working in complex FSD.
• Should have Integration Monitoring skills
• Must have worked on Integration of SAP PP with other SAP Products like EWM, QM, product costing, Supply chain planning and STP
• Must have strong knowledge on manufacturing execution related processes in chemical industry

Must-Have

Total experience as lead min- 8 + Yr.

Should have hands on exposure to following areas in PP-PI

• Process Order execution (8+ yr.)
• Process Management (3+ yr.)
• Integration with EWM based staging, GI,GR (1.5 +yr.)
• Integration with EWM enabled QM ( 1.5 Yrs.)
• PP-PI Master data : Recipe, resource, PV etc. ( 8+ yr.)
• Integration with third party system ( Master data/ PCS/QM subsystem)- -8+ yr.
