Job summary

STL Digital is seeking an SAP PP/QM Consultant to join our Udaipur team. The role focuses on leading SAP PP and QM configurations, supporting rollouts, and ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, PM, and FI.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions aligned with manufacturing and quality processes. The candidate should have 5-8 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and be comfortable with LIMS integrations and audit activities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP PP/QM module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Configure PP processes: MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
• Configure QM processes: Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, Audit Management.
• End-to-end configuration of SAP PP/QM modules; prepare Functional Specifications for developments.
• Coordinate with ABAP team for validations and enhancements.
• Manage integration with non-SAP systems (LIMS, external systems).
• Support IT and business audits (ICFR, SOX, ISO, VAPT) and maintain documentation.
• Provide L2/L3 support and drive continuous improvement in production and quality processes.

Job Title: SAP PPQM Consultant

Location: Udaipur(WFO) | Experience: 5 - 8 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP PP/QM Functional Expertise

• Lead and support SAP PP & QM module implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.
• Configure and customize PP processes such as MRP, BOM, Routing, Production Orders, Capacity Planning.
• Configure QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management.
• Provide business solutions aligned with manufacturing and quality processes.

2. Customization & Configuration

• Perform end-to-end configuration of SAP PP/QM modules based on business requirements.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) for developments and enhancements.
• Coordinate with technical team for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).

3. Integration Knowledge

• Strong understanding of integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PM, and FI.
• Ensure seamless data flow across modules for production and quality processes.
• Troubleshoot cross-module issues and provide effective solutions.

4. ABAP Knowledge

• Basic to intermediate ABAP knowledge for debugging and understanding custom programs.
• Work closely with ABAP team to validate developments and ensure business requirements are met.

5. Third-Party Application Management

• Manage and support integration with non-SAP systems (LIMS, external quality and production booking systems, etc.).
• Ensure smooth data exchange and system compatibility.
• Coordinate with external vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.

6. Audit & Compliance

• Handle internal and external audits (IT, process, and quality audits).
• Ensure system compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit readiness.

7. Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP PP/QM related issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in production and quality processes.

8. Periodic Review & Governance

• Support and manage IT and business audits including ICFR, SOX, ISO, VAPT, and other regulatory audits.
• Ensure system compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain audit documentation, evidence, and control reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit activities and timely closure of observations.
• Identify control gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, risk assessments, and compliance checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:
