Job summary

VIPAS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant with hands-on S/4HANA Public Cloud and RISE with SAP implementation expertise.

You will lead PP/QM workstreams across implementation and support engagements, collaborating with business users and cross-functional teams. You will drive fit-to-standard workshops, design and configure PP/QM processes, and manage integrations with MM, SD, FICO and EWM.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP PP/QM functional experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• At least 1 RISE with SAP implementation.
• Experience in support or AMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, and Fiori apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP and QM implementation in S/4HANA Public Cloud and RISE environments, covering design, configuration, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Run Fit-to-Standard and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate findings into functional specs and designs.
• Configure core PP processes: BOM, routing, work centers, production versions, MRP, production orders, capacity & repetitive manufacturing.
• Configure QM processes: inspection planning, quality inspection in procurement/production, notifications, results recording, usage decisions, certificates.
• Utilize SAP Activate, CBC, and Fiori apps in Public Cloud projects.
• Manage integration with MM, SD, FICO, and EWM; support extensibility needs via key-user and BTP side-by-side scenarios.
• Provide L2/L3 support, incident resolution, change requests, root-cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
• Prepare test scripts, conduct SIT/UAT, and train end users and key users.
• Handle quarterly release upgrades in Public Cloud with regression testing and impact analysis.
• Mentor junior consultants and coordinate offshore and onsite teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP and QM implementation in S/4HANA Public Cloud and RISE environments, covering Fit-to-Standard workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Run Fit-to-Standard and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders, then turn findings into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure core PP processes, including master data (BOM, routing, work centers, production versions), MRP, discrete and process manufacturing, production orders, capacity planning, and repetitive manufacturing.
• Configure QM processes, including inspection planning, quality inspection in procurement and production, quality notifications, results recording, usage decisions, and quality certificates.
• Use SAP Activate methodology, SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC), and Fiori apps in Public Cloud projects.
• Manage integration with MM, SD, FICO, and EWM, plus extensibility needs such as key-user extensibility and BTP side-by-side scenarios.
• Provide L2/L3 support in support projects, including incident resolution, change requests, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
• Prepare test scripts, carry out SIT and support UAT, and train end users and key users.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4+ years of SAP PP/QM functional experience.
• At least 2 end-to-end S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• At least 1 RISE with SAP implementation.
• Experience in support or AMS projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard, and Fiori apps.
• Good understanding of cross-module integration (MM, SD, FICO, WM/EWM).
• Available to join immediately.

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud certification in Manufacturing or Quality.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or PP-DS.
• Experience in manufacturing, pharma, automotive, or process industries.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
