Job summary

Infosys is seeking a senior SAP Manufacturing Architect with 15+ years of domain experience to lead S/4HANA transformations in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will guide business process consulting, design, development, and deployment across global client engagements, leveraging PP/PPDS, IBP, and Kinaxis tools.

The role emphasizes governance, incident management, client workshops, and strategic advisory, with opportunities to drive RFx activities and contribute to COEs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP Manufacturing & domain experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Master Data, BOM, recipes, routings, work centres and capacity planning.
• End-to-end implementation experience in S/4HANA environments.
• GXP and SOX compliance awareness and experience with audit requirements.
• Leadership in workshops, Fit/GAP analysis and post go-live activities.
• Experience with incident management tools and governance processes.
• Design, build and optimize end-to-end SAP Manufacturing processes for clients.
• PP object data migration experience in S/4HANA and large transformation programs.
• Strong client engagement, stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• RFx activities and deal support as needed.
• Contribute to COEs and unit initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement across problem definition to solution design and deployment in large S/4HANA transformations.
• Drive design, architecture artefacts and deployment plans with enterprise scale impact.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to provide thought leadership in domain and process.
• Coordinate with global delivery teams and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentor teams and nurture client relationships as trusted advisors.
• Support sales pursuits and RFx bid responses when required.

• Business Process Knowledge of Topics viz. Manufacturing Master Data (BoM, Recipe / Routings, Work Centre etc.), Production Planning, Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning, Material Requirements Planning, Manufacturing execution, Capacity planning & execution, Movement of Raw Materials & Goods, Cost Management
• Integration Knowledge with Manufacturing Execution Systems, 3PL, Other Planning Tools (Manugistics, IBP, Kinaxis etc.) is essential along with integration aspects with other SAP modules
• Should have at least three end to end implementation projects in S/4HANA
• Good Knowledge in Logistics BPML and understanding of GXP and SOX requirements
• Experience in driving Business process workshops, Fit / GAP analysis and post go live activities
• Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool
• Design, Build & Optimize End to End SAP Manufacturing Processes for customers enterprise
• Leading large scale transformation projects’ Manufacturing Workstream leveraging experience including PP object data migration experience in S/4HANA
• Conduct systematic client workshops to drive & derive Key Design Decisions with Industry best practice recommendations

SAP PP / Manufacturing with Pharma & Process Industry experience. The candidate is expected to be a senior Functional Architect for SAP Programs and will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment for S/4HANA Production Planning (PP). You will lead business transformation programs helping clients mitigate Digitization related challenges. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in manufacturing domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

• S/4HANA Certification
• Basic knowledge in the areas of SAP PPDS, SAP IBP & other Industry leading planning tools
• SAP Quality Management, SAP aATP experience
• Experience in Deal Pricing & Transformation Deal Estimations
• Sufficient ABAP, Fiori, Technical know-how to co-ordinate better with technical teams
