Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India is seeking a SAP PPQM Consultant with 6+ years of experience to drive production planning and quality management improvements. The role emphasizes Brownfield conversions to S/4HANA, item analysis, and remediation work within complex manufacturing environments.

You will contribute to end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects, including implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation across PP/QM domains, coordinating with MM/SD/EWM/PM/FICO integrations and master data

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with PP and QM.
• Experience delivering ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects, including simplification item analysis and remediation.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
• Strong expertise across PP/QM master data management and related configurations.
• Experience supporting integration with SAP MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP PP/QM consulting across PP/QM processes and configurations.
• Lead Brownfield conversion activities and perform remediation for Simplification Items.
• Manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and migration efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and quality processes.
• Assist in MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO integration scenarios.

SAP PPQM Consultant

Experience: 6+ Years of experience

Key Requirements

• 6-10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
• Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion projects, including Simplification Item analysis and remediation activities.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, and transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in Demand Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), MRP Live, Production Orders, Process Orders, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, Repetitive Manufacturing, Shop Floor Control, Batch Management, and Production Execution.
• Extensive experience in Quality Planning, Inspection Planning, Incoming Inspection, In-Process Inspection, Final Inspection, Quality Notifications, Non-Conformance Management, Vendor Quality Management, Audit Management, and Certificate Processing.
• Strong knowledge of PP/QM master data management including Material Master, BOM, Routings, Recipes, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Plans, MICs, and Sampling Procedures.
• Experience in manufacturing process transformation, production optimization, quality compliance, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA manufacturing capabilities and business process redesign initiatives.
• Experience supporting integration with SAP MM, SD, EWM, PM, and FICO modules.
