Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP PLM processes for a global CPG client, focusing on specification and recipe management configurations.
• Collaborate with product owners and process experts to translate requirements into designs including validations and approval workflows.
• Configure PLM areas such as property trees, classifications, recipe management, and UoM controls.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT, regression) and assist with defect triage and resolution.
• Coordinate with Functional, Technical (ABAP/OData/Fiori), and Business teams to ensure smooth process execution and issue resolution.

We’re looking to add an experienced SAP PLM Consultant – Process to support one of our leading global CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients, working across specification management, recipe development, and process-driven R&D workflows on SAP S/4HANA.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support and enhance SAP PLM processes for a global CPG client, with a focus on Manage Specification, Manage Recipe, and related process configuration.
• Work with product owners and process experts to translate business requirements into functional/process designs — field behavior, validations, status transitions, and approval workflows.
• Configure and support PLM process areas including property trees, classifications, formula/recipe management, and material/UoM controls.
• Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT, regression) and assist with defect triage and resolution.
• Coordinate with Functional, Technical (ABAP/OData/Fiori), and Business teams to ensure smooth process execution and issue resolution.
• Support production incidents, root-cause analysis, and documentation of processes, business rules, and standard operating procedures.

What you bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP PLM — hands‑on exposure to Recipe Management and/or Specification Management processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; exposure to S/4HANA 2022 or later preferred.
• Understanding of SAP PLM/EHS specification structures, property trees, classifications, and validity/status concepts.
• Familiarity with recipe header, formula, recipe version/alternate, and related calculation concepts.
• Experience working in a CPG, food & beverage, or similarly process‑ and compliance‑intensive industry preferred.
• Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work in Agile/DevOps delivery environments.
