Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP PaPM expert to lead configuration, implementation, and optimization of PaPM solutions. The role focuses on profitability analysis, cost allocation, and performance management for clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

The candidate will work closely with business teams to design models, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable PaPM configurations that integrate with S/4HANA and BW. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience with focus on SAP PaPM
• Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing SAP PaPM models
• Experience integrating PaPM with S/4HANA and BW
• SAP PaPM certification is an advantage
• Pharma-domain experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP PaPM models including allocation logic, rules, and data flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and implement data models, rule sets, and integration frameworks.
• Optimize performance and ensure scalability of PaPM applications.
• Integrate SAP PaPM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, and other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and best practice guidance to implementation teams.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and support post-go-live activities.
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP PaPM solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PaPM (Cloud or On-Premise).


• Solid understanding of financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and cost/revenue allocation processes.


• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP BW integration.


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.


• SAP certification in PaPM is an added advantage.


• Experience in working with Pharmaceutical client will be an added advantage.
