SAP P2P Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes in S/4HANA or ECC environments.
• Handle purchase requisition, purchase order, goods receipt, and invoice verification cycles.
• Troubleshoot integration issues between MM, FI, and SD modules.
• Perform configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and prepare documentation for business approvals.
• Analyse recurring process issues and propose system or process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to ensure compliance and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM / P2P configuration and support.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P cycle — PR/PO, GR, LIV, and release strategy.
• Exposure to integration with FI, SRM, and Ariba (or other procurement tools) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of IDocs, output types, and vendor master data management preferred.
• Excellent communication and issue-resolution skills.
