Job summary

SAP MMWM/eWM/ML Consultant

We are currently seeking a SAP MMWM/eWM/ML to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India.

Shift: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM and 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM. Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead the MMWM / EWM module and guide the team as Module Lead.
• Implement and support SAP MM and Warehouse Management solutions.
• Handle SLA commitments, manage multiple clients, and coordinate with various processes.

MMWM (Materials Management & Warehouse Management)

• 7–8 years of relevant SAP MM experience.
• Minimum 1 year in Warehouse Management.
• 8 years of SAP S4HANA implementation experience in MM, with at least 2 end‑to‑end implementations and template rollout experience.
• Experience in business workshops, configuration, customization, testing, cutover, go‑live, and working with development/technical teams.
• Integration with all SAP modules, third‑party interfaces, IDOC knowledge.
• Planning, managing, and tracking project progress; integrated processes across modules.

Warehouse Management (WM)

• Support priority tickets and IDOC interfaces (EDI).
• Hands‑on experience with STO processes, inbound/outbound processes, production staging, and reversal.
• Physical inventory count for HU and non‑HU warehouse sites.
• Cross‑docking, TRM, replenishment, and unit management.
• Set up warehouse numbers, storage types, sections, bins, and search sequences.
• Picking/placement strategies and integration with MM/SD/PP.
• Test case preparation, unit, integration testing.
• Mobile data entry, custom transactions (Put away/Picking by Delivery, Inventory, TO confirmation).
• LE shipping, route determination, transport modes, groups, and loading groups.

SAP EWM

• Must have experience in EWM‑ERP Master Data integration via Core Interfaces.
• Must have experience configuring pack and quality inspection, physical inventory, slotting and rearrangement, output configuration, master data & warehouse structure creation and dock.
• Must have experience in direct goods receipt, deconsolidation, stock transfer orders, put away, picking strategies, and kitting.
• Understand interdependencies of PP, PP‑PI, MM, QM, WM including master data and transactional objects.
• Strong exposure to Radio Frequency (Mobile data entry) functionalities.
• Good exposure to handling unit and batch management.
• Collaborate in a cross‑functional team.

SAP Module Lead / FLM (Project Manager)

• Manage SS FLM group for timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Review support execution & reporting, provide guidance.
• Ensure high competence and operational excellence.
• Make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
• Escalation point of contact for accounts.
• Drive continuous improvements and delivery excellence.
• Coordinate with HR/IT/Admin for support functions.
• Manage SLA adherence, daily training, and ticket updates.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of implementation & support experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and synchronize concurrent processes.
• Knowledge of SAP modules (MM, EWM, WM, PP, QM).
• Experience with IDOC, mobile data entry, unit management.
• Project management and people management experience.
