Job summary

Petroexcel Technology Services is seeking an experienced SAP MM Procurement Senior to lead procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA at two major locations. You will manage RFQ, vendor evaluation, PO processing, contracts, and cross-module integration with FI/CO, SD, and Logistics.

Ideal candidates have hands-on S/4HANA experience, end-to-end implementation expertise, and at least 8–14 years in SAP MM with 5 years in a lead role. Travel readiness is required.

JOB TITLE: SAP -- MM Procurement Senior

JOB LOCATION: Lagos, Nigeria/Vadodara, GJ

REPORTING TO : Head SAP Applications

DEPARTMENT: Digitalization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Manage complete procurement lifecycle (RFQ, vendor evaluation, PO processing, contracts).
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and statutory regulations.
• Collaborate with FI/CO, SD, and Logistics for seamless cross-module integration.
• Provide guidance on enhancements, validations, and approval workflows.
• Support rollout projects, upgrades, and SAP HANA Rise adoption.
• Mentor junior MM consultants and provide training to end users.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• SAP MM (Procurement, Vendor Master, Source List, Release Strategy).
• Integration with FI, CO, SD, and Plant Maintenance.
• BAPI, BADI, enhancements, and custom validations.
• SAP HANA Rise and S/4HANA procurement processes.

BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS

• Leadership and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

QUALIFICATION :

B.Tech / MBA / MCA or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE

• 8-14+ years in SAP MM (Procurement) with minimum 5 years in a lead role.
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience.
• End-to-End implementation and rollout projects.
• Configuration & enhancement experience with validations and BAPI/BADI.

CERTIFICATIONS : SAP Certified Application Professional MM. Preferred
