Job summary

Tekskills seeks an experienced SAP MM IS Retail consultant to join in Kolkata. The role requires 10-13 years of experience, hands-on SAP IS Retail, and lead consultant capabilities. The position is Work From Office with immediate joining.

You will work in AMS environments, manage IDOC processing, ITIL knowledge, and maintain strong client-facing communication in English. You will mentor team members, monitor queues, and ensure incidents are resolved within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP IS Retail and Retail domain.
• Lead SAP functional Consultant role.
• Strong knowledge in SAP MM.
• Knowledge in ITIL Process.
• Experience in AMS environment.
• Clear communication skill in English mandatory.
• Strong Client facing capabilities.
• Strong Knowledge of IDOC processing and errors.
• Strong sense of Ownership and Analytical approach.
• Good experience in Retail IS Domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the queue and backlog.
• Fast adoption of customer system knowledge highly customized.
• Ensure the resolution of incidents and resolution is provided as per the agreed SLAs.
• Provide the required metrics and reporting.
• Can manage Complex Incident autonomously.
• To establish good relationship with customer.
• Can functionally lead the team.

• Certification in SAP MM / Logistics

• Experience in handling interface related issues
