Job summary

Vrinda International in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a highly skilled SAP MM Consultant focused on AI-assisted methodologies to optimize Materials Management within SAP S/4HANA.

You will drive Procure-to-Pay efficiency, manage complex procurement transactions, configure WM and EWM, and integrate SAP MM with external systems via APIs and Middleware. Experience with Ariba and Fieldglass is required.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on SAP MM consulting experience in IT services.
• Deep expertise in SAP MM, S/4HANA MM and Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Strong experience with WM/EWM configurations and integrations.
• Proficient in API development and middleware integrations.
• Experience with Ariba and Fieldglass platforms.
• Experience with AI-assisted testing and LLM tools.

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MM Consultant with a focus on AI-assisted methodologies to join our IT Services team. This pivotal role involves leveraging advanced technologies to optimize Materials Management processes within the S/4HANA landscape. The successful candidate will drive efficiency in the Procure-to-Pay cycle, manage complex procurement transactions, and integrate intelligent tools to enhance testing, documentation, and system interoperability. This position is critical for modernizing our supply chain operations and ensuring seamless data flow across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage end-to-end Materials Management solutions within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Oversee the creation and processing of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize AI Copilots and Large Language Models (LLMs) to streamline documentation generation and accelerate testing protocols.
• Configure and maintain Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules for optimal inventory control.
• Develop and manage integrations using APIs and Middleware to connect SAP MM with external systems.
• Implement and support Ariba and Fieldglass solutions for strategic sourcing and contingent workforce management.
• Apply AI-assisted techniques to validate system configurations and improve the reliability of procurement workflows.

Requirements

• Possess 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM consulting within the IT Services sector.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP MM, S/4HANA Materials Management, and the full Procure-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Show proven proficiency in WM/EWM configurations and management.
• Have a strong command of API development, Middleware integration, and system connectivity.
• Experience utilizing AI Copilots, LLM-assisted tools, and AI-driven testing methodologies is essential.
• Familiarity with Ariba and Fieldglass platforms is required.
• Ability to work with a compensation package of ₹12 lpa.
