Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking an SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in Retail inbound logistics to design, implement, and support SAP solutions for various locations in India. The role requires hands-on experience with SAP MM, Retail Merchandise Management, and integration with multiple SAP modules.

You will mentor juniors and ensure best practices across projects. The position is onsite with responsibilities spanning SIT/ UAT, data migration, go-live support, and ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP MM with retail experience.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and workshops.
• Configure and implement SAP MM and SAP Retail Inbound Logistics solutions.
• Design and support inbound logistics processes: PO, goods receipt, transfers, replenishment.
• Integrate SAP MM with SAP Retail MMS, SD, EWM/WM, TM, CAR where relevant.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support SAP Retail inbound logistics solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Execute SIT, UAT, cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support.
• Analyze production issues and implement system enhancements.
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution reviews.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and governance.

Job Description

• As a SAP MM – Retail Inbound Logistics (Allocation & Distribution) Senior Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP Retail inbound logistics solutions.
• Should possess strong expertise in SAP MM, SAP Retail Merchandise Management, Allocation & Distribution, Warehouse Integration, and inbound supply chain processes within SAP S/4HANA.
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and collaborate with ABAP developers.
• Execute SIT, UAT, cutover planning, data migration, and go-live support.
• Analyze production issues and implement system enhancements.
• Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution reviews.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project governance.

Key Skills Required

• 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP MM with retail
• Lead business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and implement SAP MM and SAP Retail Inbound Logistics solutions.
• Design and support inbound logistics processes, including: Purchase Order Processing, Inbound Deliveries, Goods Receipt, Stock Transfers, Cross-Docking, Allocation and Distribution, Merchandise Distribution, Replenishment
• Configure allocation tables, distribution profiles, and site-to-site stock movement processes.
• Integrate SAP MM with: SAP Retail Merchandise Management, SAP SD, SAP EWM/WM, SAP TM, SAP CAR (preferred)
