Questhiring is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant for a hybrid role in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will design, develop, implement, and support SAP MDG solutions with strong ABAP development skills and experience in data governance and integrations.

You will work across MDG data models, workflows, validations, and change requests, coordinating with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver robust MDG deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 7–11 years of SAP experience with strong MDG technical expertise.
• ABAP focus including enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits.
• Experience in MDG configuration, workflows, validations, and change requests.
• Knowledge of SAP MDG data models, governance, and integration with SAP/non-SAP systems.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance SAP MDG solutions for master data governance.
• Work on MDG data models, UI configurations, business rules, workflows, and validations.
• Develop ABAP enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits for MDG implementations.
• Implement data replication and integration between SAP MDG and other systems.
• Configure change requests, approval workflows, derivations, and data validation rules.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance; resolve defects.
• Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Support testing phases and production issue resolution.
• Prepare technical specs and maintain documentation.

Job Description: SAP MDG Technical Consultant

Experience: 7–11 Years

Budget: Up to ₹30 LPA (including 10% variable pay)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Technical Consultant to design, develop, implement, and support SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SAP MDG, ABAP development, master data management, and SAP integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance SAP MDG solutions for master data governance.
• Work on SAP MDG data models, UI configurations, business rules, workflows, and validations.
• Develop and customize SAP MDG solutions using ABAP, including enhancements, BAdIs, and user exits.
• Implement and maintain data replication and integration between SAP MDG and other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Work on master data domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, or Finance, as applicable.
• Configure change requests, approval workflows, derivations, and data validation rules.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, deployment, and production issues.
• Prepare technical specifications and maintain relevant technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7–11 years of overall SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP MDG technical expertise.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, data models, and governance processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, including enhancements, BAdIs, user exits, and debugging.
• Experience with SAP MDG configuration, workflows, validations, and change request processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration and data replication mechanisms.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP MDG on S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Replication Framework (DRF), IDocs, and web services.
• Experience in SAP MDG implementation, rollout, migration, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI configuration and BRFplus.
• SAP MDG certification is an added advantage.
