We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect with deep industry expertise to lead business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience across various industries such as Resources (Energy, Utilities, Chemicals), Manufacturing (Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, High-Tech, Software, Semiconductors), and more. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions, including finance, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, sales, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Industry and Function Expertise
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in one or more industry sectors.
  • Engage in technology-agnostic business process discussions with senior client leadership.
  • Provide insights into finance, cost accounting, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, logistics, and sales functions.
• Solution Architecture Leadership
  • Lead transformation initiatives by understanding client challenges and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Define how SAP capabilities deliver value to business operations.
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to develop tailored solutions.
  • Utilize internal assets and offerings to differentiate proposal responses.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end cross-functional solution design by working closely with SMEs.
• Project Delivery

  • Lead project teams through the full implementation lifecycle, from blueprinting and design to development and go-live.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Support pre-sales activities, business assessments, and roadmap development.
  • Provide strategic advisory services on S/4HANA-led transformations to address business challenges.
• Networking and Business Development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify pain points and provide innovative solutions to expand business opportunities.
  • Assist in identifying and strategizing new business prospects.
