Job summary

Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Consultant to join our Bangalore team. The role focuses on Master Data Governance across BP, Material, Customer, and Supplier domains with strong emphasis on MDG configuration and data load processes.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on MDG experience, BRF+ workflow capabilities, and good S/4HANA ABAP skills. Office-based in Bangalore Rural, India, collaborating closely with business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in MDG functional configuration for BP, Material, Customer & Supplier domains.
• Knowledge of BRF+ workflows and data derivations in MDG.
• Experience with MDG data replication, load, and distribution processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with client interaction experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform senior functional MDG consultant duties; ABAP skills are a plus.
• Implement MDG domain in BP and material master domains; extend data models.
• Configure MDG including change requests, BRF+ workflows, validation and derivations, UI enhancements.
• Support data replication, data load, and distribution; assess enterprise impact of MDG decisions.
• Deliver at least two full lifecycle implementations in BP, Customer, Supplier, and Material domains.
• Extend data models, custom entities, and attributes.
• Collaborate with business to gather requirements and communicate effectively.
• Good knowledge of MDG versions and S/4HANA; ABAP debugging skills are beneficial.

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented SAP MDG Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Master Data Governance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business efficiency and compliance.

What You'll Do:

• Perform role of MDG senior functional consultant SAP S/4 Hana ABAP skills will also be good
• Primary Skills: SAP MDG domain in scope - Business Partner and Material Expertise in any standard master data domains like material, Business partner Customer & supplier.
• Required knowledge and expertise of functional configuration of MDG like MDG change request configurations, BRF+ workflow development, workflow troubleshooting, Business validation and derivations, data model enhancements, MDG UI enhancements and customizations, MDG Search capabilities and configurations. MDGFPM config, etc
• Support domain data replication process. Facilitate MDG data load and distribution. Understanding of the impact of the enterprise on decisions made in MDG.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in on Business partner Customer and supplier and Material master domain.
• Hands-on experience in extending the data models, custom entities, and attributes.
• Good to have knowledge of earlier versions of MDG and S/4 HANA Responsible to interact with Business and to gather business requirements and accumulate information.
• Good analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
