Job Summary
We are looking for an SAP MM & WM Functional Consultant with 24 years of hands‑on experience, preferably in the Retail/Fashion industry, to support SAP procurement, inventory, warehouse and store/Distribution Centre processes.
The candidate should have practical experience in SAP MM, Inventory Management and SAP WM, with good understanding of integration with SD, FI, POS/Retail Systems and external warehouse/vendor applications.
The role will involve business requirement analysis, configuration, testing, production support, documentation and coordination with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. SAP MM – Procurement & Inventory
- Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Configure and support:
- Purchase Requisition (PR)
- Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Purchase Order (PO)
- Goods Receipt (GR)
- Goods Issue (GI)
- Invoice Verification
- Purchase Returns
- Handle Stock Transfer Orders (STO) for:
- DC Store
- Store Store
- DC DC
- Inter-plant transfers
- Support vendor master/business partner and material/article master processes.
- Work with source lists, purchasing info records and quota arrangements.
- Support subcontracting and vendor-related procurement processes.
- Configure/support movement types and inventory transactions.
- Support physical inventory, stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
- Troubleshoot GR/IR and inventory-related issues.
2. Retail‑Specific MM Processes
The candidate should understand or be willing to work on:
