The role requires 5–7 years in software testing, expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HR/HCM testing, and hands-on experience with Payroll, Recruitment, or Onboarding testing.

SAP Manual Tester (L3)

Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as an SAP Manual Tester (L3) within our IT Services division. This pivotal role is dedicated to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and seamless functionality of critical SAP modules through rigorous manual testing protocols. The successful candidate will play a vital part in the software quality assurance lifecycle, identifying defects, validating business processes, and guaranteeing that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. This position demands a deep understanding of SAP ecosystems and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, error-free software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive test management strategies to oversee the entire testing lifecycle from planning to execution.
  
• Develop, maintain, and review detailed test reports and documentation to ensure transparency and traceability of all testing activities.
  
• Apply strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to diagnose complex issues, isolate root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  
• Facilitate clear and effective communication with various stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals and project timelines.
  
• Conduct specialized manual testing for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on system configuration, data integrity, and user experience.
  
• Perform in-depth testing of SAP HR and HCM modules to validate core human resource processes and data flows.
  
• Execute targeted testing scenarios for Payroll, Recruitment, or Onboarding modules, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements

• Possess 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software testing, specifically within the IT Services sector.
  
• Demonstrate proven expertise in Test Management and the creation of professional Test Reporting & Documentation.
  
• Exhibit exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex testing challenges.
  
• Show a strong capacity for stakeholder communication, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned throughout the project.
  
• Have specific proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Manual Testing.
  
• Hold substantial knowledge and practical experience in SAP HR/HCM Testing.
  
• Must possess mandatory testing experience in at least one of the following areas: Payroll, Recruitment, or Onboarding.
  
• Be prepared to work within a salary range of ₹15 LPA.
