Job summary

Fujitsu is seeking a SAP LE/MM Lead Functional Consultant to drive the ECC to S/4HANA transformation across multiple Indian locations including Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Noida and Hyderabad.

The role requires 12+ years of SAP MM end-to-end experience, at least two S/4HANA projects, and strong knowledge of workflow, data migration, Fiori/UI5 and integration with other SAP modules. Relocation and sponsorship are not provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years of SAP MM end-to-end implementation experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA conversion/implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics is a must.
• Experience with workflow management and HR Mini Master related workflows.
• Proficiency in MM processes: procurement, inventory, MRP, batch management, inbound/outbound logistics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, realization, data migration and testing for SAP S/4HANA transition.
• Lead workshops, map processes, and prepare functional specs.
• Manage data migration of legacy material/supplier data and purchasing documents.
• Coordinate go-live activities and post-go-live support across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FICO, EWM, SD/LE, PP/QM).

Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) Lead Consultant with expertise in SAP S4Hana MM module for the transformation from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

The Lead Consultant will play a pivotal role in overseeing all phases of the design, realization, data migration, and testing ensuring a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operations.

• Minimum 12+ years of SAP MM End to End Implementation experience in at least two implementation projects. Minimum 2+ years of SAP S/4HANA Conversion and/or implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP S4 RISE private cloud edition is nice to have.
• Rich experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Simple Logistics is a must.
• Experience with workflow management and enhancements related to workflow utilizing HR Mini Master is a must.
• SAP MM skills to include but not limited to, Organization Structure, Master Data, pricing schemas, various process like direct procurement, indirect procurement, service items, goods receipt, invoice receipt, stock transfers, MRP, consignments, inventory management, Batch Determination etc, Inbound logistics, storage and operations, outbound logistics, picking and put-away strategies, search strategies, Transfer orders etc.
• SAP S/4HANA Best Practices: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA best practices and industry standards for material management processes. This includes understanding standard SAP solutions, recommended configurations, and pre-configured business processes provided by SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP S/4HANA Data Migration: Experience with data migration processes in SAP S/4HANA, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (SAP DS).
• This involves migrating legacy material master data, supplier master data, purchasing documents, and inventory balances into the S/4HANA system while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Experience in working on development requirements like reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows. Outbound and Inbound ALE/EDI communications.
• SAP Fiori/UI5: Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for SAP S/4HANA MM processes.
• This includes configuring Fiori apps, enhancing standard Fiori applications.
• Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA reporting tools such as embedded analytics within S/4HANA.Good integration knowledge/experience between SAP MM/LE and other relevant SAP modules like FICO, EWM, SD/LE, PP/QM etc.
• Experience in implementations per SAP ASAP and/or SAP Activate methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating design workshops, analysis, process mapping, configuration, testing, training, go live and support cycles.
• Experience in preparing Business Blueprint or Functional Design Documents and Functional Specifications.
• Results driven, team oriented, adaptable to different client situations and quick in learning new skills and methods.
• Positive attitude and proactive nature to work with Cross-Teams.
• Working knowledge of agile and waterfall development methodologies.
