Job summary

Siemens Mobility is looking for an SAP key user in Process Planning & Industrial Engineering in India. You will apply deep SAP WM, MM and PP knowledge to a manufacturing environment, support process improvements, and handle end-user queries.

Responsibilities include training users in Production, Process Planning, Quality, and Sourcing; building dashboards in Excel/Power BI; monitoring SAP Material Master Data; and deploying various tools with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience in manufacturing SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP WM, MM and PP modules.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring SAP Material Master Data and end-user support for process improvements.
• Daily meetings with end users for queries and resolution; training end users in Production, Process planning, Quality, SCM and Sourcing.
• Making dashboards in Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Working with cross-functional teams (CFT) on daily activities and tool deployments.
• Deployment of various tools.

You’ll make a difference by

• Mandatory experience & core knowledge in SAP WM, MM & PP module of manufacturing industry
• Working level knowledge of SAP QM, PS module of manufacturing industry
• Monitoring of all related SAP Material Master Data.
• Daily meeting with end users for process improvements and system related queries and resolution.
• Providing training to the end users in Production, Process planning, Quality, Supply Chain and Sourcing regarding different processes and SAP activities.
• Making Dashboards in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI etc.
• Working with CFT regarding daily activities and system related improvements and queries.
• Deployment of various tools

Desired Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering/Diploma in Engineering Degree.
• Possesses more than 6 to 8 years working experiences.
• Good technical knowledge preferable SAP WM, MM & PP module of manufacturing.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
