Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking an SAP IS-U Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience to work on Billing, Invoicing, Device Management, or FI/CA across PAN India.

This role focuses on supporting production operations, configuring master data, and collaborating with FI/CA, CRM, EDM, and ABAP teams to deliver end-to-end IS-U solutions.

The position offers PAN India deployment with cross-functional collaboration and ongoing AMS support responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience in SAP IS-Utilities.
• Strong knowledge of Billing Master Data and Meter-to-Cash processes.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, or AMS support projects.
• Full-time graduation (B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production support, incident resolution, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs.
• Monitor and manage billing cycles, mass billing, collective invoicing, and financial documents like credit/debit notes.
• Configure and test functional changes in SAP IS-U Billing/Invoicing master data and prepare functional specifications for developments.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as FI/CA, CRM, EDM, and ABAP.
